Well to me it's just someone's stupidity, ignorance and intolerance and bias and bigotry reading into words meaning that were never there. Now I think some real prime idiot identification event cues would come out if you would explain why Mr. Allen's words have the meaning you think they do. The time and manner any person wishes to express thanks is their private business and not a topic for pontificating pustules of stupidity, ignorance , intolerance, bias and bigotry.
