Well, some gvmnts like to make things into conspiracy theories, even try their utmost to do so, old Orwellian thing. Did Bobbie really meet with those russian diplomats, and when will the full text of that agreement be declassified in USA?? Why was Kennedy elected such a weak two-party president. Who came up with the defacto presidential "Wag-the-Dog-Principle" after so many cases?? Anyway, two-party systems are funny, when they behave at their best.
