Hey there Mr cute and cuddlie.

I am doing quite well this year as well. Matter of fact I think I just slipped into a higher tax bracket.

I sure am glad my wife does not know I have about 40 times more cash in my PF account than she said I could have. The trick will be to get the taxes done without her help. Hell I do not even have a checking account to pay the darn taxes from....... This is going to be tough to pull off.

I got a question for you smart folks out there. There is a tax form that one can use to declare a dead stocks value at 0. The basic premiss is that the stock has little chance of ever trading again- hense the 0 value. So you get to write it off as a loss. IF the stock ever trades again and you sell, whatever you sell it for is profit - because the purchase price had a zero value .

Apparently the tax department will accept this form about 1/2 the time.

I lost the stupid code numbers for the form. Any ideas out there ? I am talking Canada here.

Thanks

So why didn,t I load up the truck on CBD yesterday? My bid at 3.20 was too late to do any good today. Boo Hoo Boo Hooo
