Hi Julius,

RSCR, Yes it is doing well and still seems to have good prospects.

On August 8 it made a new 52wks H and tested its resistance from the August 2,2002 H at 6.75 with the help of the up-grade from Jefferies and the good report on revenues and earnings.

It is still selling below its reported book of $7.40 and if its earnings come as the recent management's guidance, the PE should drop to 11 from the present 41.<G>

I am planning to add more, but watching to make sure it won't close the August 8 up-gap before trying its June 28, 2002 H at 7.08 There is much greater resistance from the June 7,2002 H of 8.20 to the September 21,2001 9.80

Once it can clear that resistance and if the revenues and earnings continue on the present trend, I look for it to eventually retest its July 1999 H at 24.50. The April 1998 H was 26.50

I think there is a good demand for their services and I like the chart. Will continue to add to my position gradually in spite of the recent insiders sales.<g>
