I prefer to give them the benefit of the doubt. Remember the Hanlon's razor: Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity. Its one of my favorites. :-)

Going forward - we should see less of this now that we are all looking and checking.

Scott isn't exactly the first name that would come to mind as a paid propagandist around here. Scott's pretty scattershot. Some people have considerably better focus.
