I am of the opinion that big pharma will have to make sacrifices.....too many people simply cannot afford their medicines because the companies want profit....and when these companies are able to extend patents, there is something wrong.....I simply feel that this is a much more complex issue than most Dems are painiting it as at the moment, especially Gephardt.
