I agree with you. There is no way I'm going to charge a bunch of rooms on my credit card. We are all mature enough to reserve our own rooms. Getting a place where we can all eat together one evening would be good, and I like the idea of the cocktail party too.

It will all start coming together the closer we get to Feb. In the mean time, maybe we could be on the hunt for an adequate dining hall?
