...why do you have such a hard time telling the difference between a bunch of cells (zygote) and a mature person? does a newborn baby have as many cells as a fully grown adult? NO is a newborn baby fully a mature person? NO so do you advocate the killing of newborn babies because they are not fully mature and do not have nearly as many cells as a fully grown adult?

alo, my view is that we, as humans, don't know when life starts. since we don't know the definition of murder, imho, we ought not to arbitrarily ASSUME what is most convenient. as it stand now, we may be the biggest murderers in history or we might not be. WE DON'T KNOW. i don't think it is worth the risk. especially in light of the fact the VAST majority of the problem is due to what god forbids - illicit sex. not all, but by far the most. that's my personal view. i'm not sure what my public view is and how my personal view translates into a public view.
