And that article means that all those demodumbs who whine about the lack of planning are revealing they know as much about creating infrastructure as the folks in Iraq. Why can't the US show up with every thing it takes to rewire a country and rebuild the infrastucture in 2 weeks. And they let those idiots actually vote in America. In fact I believe 90% of the talking heads on TV know as much as the most ignorant in Iraq. And Sean hannity and Bill O'reilly are among the 90%. That's is amazing to me. In fact it may be as high as 98%
