I wanted to point to the intend not the actual execution.

Oil is again over $32 which will slow the world economy. The issue of oil is related to the fact that there is no free market as it is in any other commodity and the price is way above extraction costs.

OPEC wants to regulate prices in an accepted price band that is fine, as long as they keep their promise, but they actually try to make money from other people misery

At the present time EZ is under a very heavy heat wave and France and others are forced to slow down or even close some nuclear reactors due to the higher temperature of the water in the rivers. The ecological system is hurt by the high temperature, ...... it is not an issue of profit or over reliance on oil it is a natural disaster

The arabs who control OPEC are not doing anything to relieve or assist those that suffer from nature calamities by pumping more oil to fire up older power stations, instead they are interested to make more money from others misery.

If OPEC would be a responsible organization with the benefit of world economies at their hearth, they would pump more oil to lower prices, like Russia for example, and not let oil prices rise ....... but as I said they love to make money from others misery.

Therefore IMHO for the benefit of the world the cartel should be destroyed
