He needs to take the "three things" approach. Pick out the Budget, the Utilities, and the Schools. Talk about them and nothing else except "I will lead you."

Arnold is on the cover of both "Time" and "Newsweek." No big surprise there. The Dems will have a tough time selling the idea that he "can't govern" when he started with nothing and now has a business empire that produced a 57 million dollar net last year. That is only partly from movies. A very smart cookie.
