Hi Ray - I work at being shallow...ever since I moved from engineering to marketing. It was either that or get a lobotomy, which I couldn't afford....

You're right, I don't have an idea of what it takes to run a decent society.

"You will naturally counter that focusing on getting rich on the remains of the retro-Repuglican Age is the greatest aspiration of humanity."

Pretty much correct, as I personally need to focus on that at this point in my life.

Outside of that, I think you will find that Arianna is no Jerry Brown.

Best Regards, energyplay

Raymond, I see you as an earnest, sincere person who wants to make the world better. As such I bow deeply(to the ground) to you in respect. But I can't agree with you that EnergyPlay impresses most people on this thread as subhuman. Anyway the purpose of this thread is to dive into the complexities of the modern world and figure out how to 1. survive financially, and 2. actually make some money. To the extent that he makes helpful suggestions or asks stimulating questions, he is a useful coinvestigator. In any case I don't think you can get people to your side by attacking them, rudely, if I may say so. Why not save such invective for Bush, Saddam, Bin Laden,Sharon etc.?
