Illegal immigration or Americans of Hispanic descent migrants illegal migrants guest workers <s> If I am not mistaken, that article is about illegal immigration. It even goes so far as to call California, Mexifornia, Texas has similar problems. In reading the article I failed to find a single reference that was racist. If California was sitting next to China, the author might have used the work Chinifornia. Do you see it as something else ?

Hi Laz Undermining American Workers * Record Numbers of Illegal Immigrants Are Pulling Wages Down for the Poor and Pushing Taxes Higher Big American corporations doing just that when they go overseas to the detriment of American workers ? What are the consequences for businesses employing illegals ? Supply and demand at work I guess, the capitalist way. Globalisation, free trade.. what does everyone expect ? Those workers can be pushed out if the will is there but then aren't you faced with non competitive businesses due to higher labour costs OR more jobs leaving for overseas and higher still unemployment.. The times they are a changin'.. and it's gonna get rougher methinks BTW too bad about Arnold... you coudda been a contender ;o) regards Kastel EDIT yeah there will often be racists jumping on thiese topics but the implcication that this is a concern hence the author is racist doesn't hold water. Could be but cannot be deduced from this.
