After seeing how he handled the world's gym mess(about the same as the state of calf), I think he can handle the job. As far as his health goes the area i would be worried about is brain and liver cancer from the use of roids.

Probably dangerously raise his blood serum C-reactive protein levels! But it'd only be for 2 years or however long a recall govenator serves, he doesn't stand a chance of being reelected in a regular election. In the mean time he can just take his latest favorite supplements and pump some iron. I bet Saturday Night Live would get some great material from him, even better than Cheney and his giant pacemaker.
