Mr. Nelson Baker reports

PHASE I DRILLING UPDATE

Boulder Mining's partner Canadian Royalties has completed three 100-metre holes on the company's Colts property between Aug. 3 and Aug. 7. The first two holes were drilled 100 metres apart and were designed to intersect the interpreted axis of a 500-metre-long, strong electromagnetic (EM) conductor with a coincident magnetic response. Both holes provided no explanation for the geophysical response and the anomaly remains unexplained. A third hole tested the upper contact of the Michelle Sill, a 1.5-kilometre-long peridotite body located a few hundred metres south of the 500-metre-long conductor and did not intersect significant mineralization.

Drilling has been temporarily suspended on the Colts property until further geophysical interpretations and modelling of this anomaly is completed. Work is currently under way on the company's Breakaway property and it consists of field checking numerous high-priority EM targets identified by the recent AeroTem airborne survey over the property coincident with known mineralized ultramafic rocks. Diamond drilling is expected to resume on both the Colts and Breakaway properties near the end of August
