One of the few intelligent individuals --

Howard A. Denis (R-Potomac-Bethesda), a Montgomery County Council member, was so shaken by the Hopkins report that he is considering asking for a waiver to stop using electronic machines.

"The more I look into this, the more serious I think it is," he said

Maybe he's read "Votescam", the debacle in Florida 20 years ago when then-state attny gen'l Jane Reno quashed an investigation into warehouses of rigged voting machines.

The machines don't have to be electronic to be rigged. These were mechanically rigged machines. The two authors of the book are now dead and the book is only available through used book sources. The Library of Congress removed it.

But here it is online
