anyone know of a fund that holds commodity futures in sugar, soybeans, coffee etc?

edit: OK it seems rogers runs such a fund...but how the hell does one buy it? Is there a symbol? Or do I have to call that 1-800 number in the interview?

Of course he may be spot on, and i would hate to argue with his track record, but specs are currently the longest copper they have ever been (at least in a LT), and he is really blowing his own funds horn since the options for his readers are very limited: how many can trade futures of copper themselves.

"Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. is a copper and gold mining and production company. The Company's principal asset is the Grasberg mine, which contains a single gold reserve and a copper reserve. The Company's principal operating subsidiary is PT Freeport Indonesia. PT Freeport Indonesia mines, processes and explores for ore containing copper, gold and silver. Freeport-McMoRan also smelts and refines copper concentrates in Spain and markets the refined copper products through its wholly owned subsidiary, Atlantic Copper, S.A. In addition, PT Freeport Indonesia has a 25% interest in PT Smelting, an Indonesian company that operates a copper smelter and refinery in Gresik, Indonesia. As of December 31, 2002, PT Freeport Indonesia's share of proven and probable recoverable reserves totaled 39.4 billion pounds of copper and 48.5 million ounces of gold, all of which are located in Block A.)
