Didn't they set fire to that poor little hemophiliacs house? Ryan something...? I think he is dead now, but he testified before congress. He was such a lovely brave little boy.

I never heard or read of any students getting stoned in this country. Except in the other sense of the word. And a quick search of Goodle turns up examples of stoning in other countries, but not here. There were instances in India and South Africa. But I'm not sure that the population in those counties knew about the medical issues then.

Can you find instances of stonings in this country after the transmission issues were essentially resolved?

I certainly can't approve of stoning under any circumstances. But I can understand parents defending their children if they believe their children are being put at serious risk of death. And come to think if it, if somebody were attacking my kids and stones were all I had to defend them from harm, I would use stones. So, I hope, would any parent. That, to me, is part of genuine family values.
