You make the mistake of assuming that criticism of Israeli violence and oppression equals support of Arab violence and oppression. I point our their similarities, that's all. I praise neither. I never have.

That's not sufficient Jacob.. If we don't demand change from BOTH SIDES (if not all sides), then all you do is strengthen one while weakening the other, and eliminating any reason for both sides to have to learn how to live with one another..

With the kind of dysfunctional logic you're displaying, apparently it would be in Israel's interest to become a dictatorship, or a kingdom...

At least then you would not longer have an excuse for dealing more harshly with them than you do the non-democratic regimes in the region.
