we do not EVER see job losses during small econ recovery NEVER we probably were trying to recover but the offshoring is a huge headwind. If there was no offshoring we might have a healthy recovery by now. But we do, so we don't. An economic team is supposed to gauge these things before they give away the farm in the form of a tax cut.
