Dalin -

<They are alotta motor and a strong, fast, skinny hull.>

They really are all business although you'd be spending a lot of time at the gas dock.

There's a guy at the boatworks where we park the car that repairs/restores old wooden power boats. He refurbs Chris Crafts, and two local models, Shepherds and Sea Birds. They are really elegant old boats with mid-ship v-8's that have a wonderful sound. Lots of mohogany, brass and chrome. They are very narrow, with three separate cockpits with the engine between the 2nd and 3rd towards the stern. Every year, there is a big outing where all the old lake boats come out - saw it three years ago. The boats are becoming more valuable each year...the one he was working on sold for 200k!
