no real argument with you, I am looking at double digit white collar employment next year myself, and perhaps a correction in the markets coming up In fact, in a way I hope it happens to cleanse the system. As far as the jobs exodus, it will peak next year imho and return to the mean in 05.... thats my prediction! Without the visas, offshoring is much tougher. It is a compelling value prop to management but trying to do it is another matter. Companies need to find that out for themselves though. The easy stuff like maintenance programming needs to go for competitiveness sake.
