Well I agree that even with all the thief, liar, crook, traitor and abused his position for 8 long years, mr. bill was powerless to have any impact on the innovation of millions of Americans.

LOL, do you think mr. bill had anything to do with any use of new inventions that occured during his 8 long years.

The rate of use of new inventions follows a curve and has nothing to do with politicians.

Oh please if that traitous lying etc. had merely even tried to carry on what Reagan set up and he was knee deep in it would still be here today. Not a mega recession because that traitor did nothing but be a total criminal.
