I used to laugh about the fact that every ethnic resturant in LA had a Mexican cook. Here in Honolulu, it is a mixture of Asians, of course. You want Italian? Cooked by a Asian.

I know Nadine...but its past time we all stop 'hiding our eyes'....If they come in to work...and get paid benefits, why don't we legalize this workforce...this group is largely unregulated and unsupervised...if we can't have them as legal residents, we should just stop buying whatever they are selling.
