It took Clinton and the next 4 years to fix the economy and start the economic growth that created the biggest economic expansion during the following 4 years. That puts it 9-12 years AFTER reagan not to mention that 4 years AFTER Reagan, and with a Reagan's VP at that, the economy fell of a cliff. It too Clinton to put the house in order and convert the monstrous budget deficits into surplus and get the economy growing and provide for the biggest economic expansion the world has ever seen.
