Nothing could be further from the truth. Bush has demonstrated leadership. Some may see everything as some grand conspiracy theory, but 9/11 did change things. Many (including many others who could not be stereotyped as neocons supported our actions in Iraq, and in Afghanistan.

Remember, the President had the support of both sides of congress and the American people. Re-writing that factual history seems to be the goal of many of the critics of Bush, and the conspiracy theorists.

You are certainly full of it this morning, off on anther clarifying rampage.
Not bad writing, mind you, just distorting situations to point the finger of evil towards towards those who are unwelcome in your world.

<<<The NeoCon agenda was laid out, in detail, before 9/11. On paper. It could not be implemented until after 9/11. That event created fear, and the fear was harnessed to the NeoCon agenda, to turn the position papers into "facts on the ground". And the result is the American Colony of Mesopotamia. >>>

I am glad you concluded with this last paragraph which leaves GWB out of the loop and completely innocent of any wrongdoing that so many have accused him of.
Thank you.
<<<< The fact that, before 9/11, Bush the Younger had no interest, and no experience, in foreign policy, and what little he said was almost isolationist, this is evidence that he has not been the decision-maker. It's not his ideas that made all this happen. His role is to wave the flag, look stern, and have photo-ops on aircraft carriers.>>>>

I'm surprised you'd write that without posting a reference. I guess I'll have to dig up where the "neocon" Saddam Hussein regime change idea originated. I'll do that in followup posts.
