if davis resigned he would only acting.. and the vote would still take place.. some ca lawyer on cable over the weekend replied to the question, if democrats could stay in control by davis just resigning.. and would this would cancel the vote. reply no

The Dems ARE a circus all by themselves, and this would just prove it. Aren't the Dems the ones who put the 'recall' into law in the first place?
