What income bracket starts at 9.3%? Over one hundred and fifty grand, as I recall. It is the reason that Tiger Woods moved to Florida. Most Pro Golfers move there for income tax reasons. California has a effective policy that runs the wealthy out of state. One of the reasons for the Las Vegas and Phoenix Building boom. Of course, the Dems are clueless about this. The total takeover of the state by the Dems happened after my departure. Every State office, and majorities in both houses, is held by the Dems. The state is now effectively run by the Lawyers and the Union Bosses.
