I don't either actually. Although I think this offshoring trend will hit white collar jobs hard, and it may dampen any recovery we have here in 04 (if we do have one)- I think the current climate is overdone for all areas, call center, accounting IT etc.

I have worked with offshore teams and its ok if you want a body to throw at a problem but the ocean in between makes doing business tough. As soon as the management in some of the shops found out the visas were going, they started crowing like chickens with their heads cut off (guess those don't crow).... they are worried about offshoring a whole chunk of biz, and we've tried outsourcing depts in the US before for things like IT and that didn't work then either.
