That is a reasonable point, and, in any case, GZ is not being fair. Objection to the war with Iraq does not entail support of Saddam, necessarily. I will say, though, that we know a lot better what Saddam is capable of now than even a few months ago, and certainly than in the '80s. I believe he did not even gas the Kurds until 1988, the last year of the Reagan Administration. And what we do know makes it harder to object to taking action to get rid of him, once and for all.........
