thanks- looks like we know the following:
1. there is no alternative therapy to this
2. It appears to be safe.

so the question is- is it cost effective to use this drug, and what is the probably of actually reducing deaths and suffering.
seems to me that if the 90 and 180 day numbers turn out to be meaningful- I would not want to be the one taking a placebo in a new phase III. if the 90 and 180 day numbers are not meaningful then do i want to fund another phase III?
