When I don't enjoy SI, I am not here. When I feel any discomfort in any aspect of my life, I think about how to change it for the better- and am always happy when I find solutions. The "bad parts" as you put it, are a spur to creativity, and I find them to be minimal in my life (probably because year after year I have actively worked to minimize them). I can understand what you are saying, but not your responses to it. We both are operating under the similar stimuli of life, and our experiences have no doubt been somewhat the same, but I think our reactions are very different- that can probably be greatly attributed to simple wiring differences in our brains. That is my gut-brain talking.
