Post hoc, ergo propter hoc.

Betcha the complaint will be dismissed.

You are spinning out of control, Ollie. Your actions are becoming more and more irrational and laughable.

You're showing signs of extreme paranoia. I particularly liked this part. The judge will get a good belly-laugh over this. He will probably frame the complaint.

"9. I believe that it is not possible that the timing of these letters attempting seizure of my assets at precisely the time Terra Nova has begun to face defeat and possible sanction before this Court and the First District Court of Appeal could be merely coincidental.

10. I believe that Terra Nova, its owners, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or associates have almost certainly corrupted one or more officials or employees of the Virginia Department of Taxation, that the foregoing have directed these activities in order to obstruct the justice of this Court, destroy my financial standing in the United States and defame me before prominent financial institutions, resulting in extraordinary damage to my financial standing and reputation almost certain to require years of effort to repair."

Very interesting that the IRS is no longer interested in your "back taxes", but the state of Virginia still is... Hmmm...

< filing 1099 forms with the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and the Virginia Department of Taxation (“Virginia”) claiming my income for the period 1998-1999 to be some 165 million dollars >

So which 1099's were filed relative to the above $165 million? 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC? Those represent "income" (i.e. Dividends & Distributions, Interest and Miscellaneous Income respectively).

Just don't answer 1099-B (Proceeds from Broker & Barter Exchange Transactions) as that is merely the proceeds from any transactions made, and by itself, it is not income. If you had $165 million in sales it is up to you or your accountant to determine the respective cost basis of any trades.
