Yes, Count, you are spinning out of control.

Your paranoid theory ignores reality. You claim that you FILED your motion for sanctions on August 8, and the SAME DAY, Terra Nova found out that they had been filed, contacted their moles in Virginia, who then prepared letters to several financial institutions, and got the letters out the SAME DAY.

Whoever runs that department in Virginia should run for California governor. I don't know if he'd solve any problems, but he's sure get government moving quickly!

At minimum, a Congressional panel should be sent to Virginia to pick up pointers on governmental efficiency.

"8. At no time since Virginia placed the first lien on my bank account on July 29, 2002, more than one year ago, have I received any further information from Virginia, nor have there been any further attempts to seize my assets by Virginia, nor any other state, nor the federal government – at no time up and until August 8, 2003, when I received notice of the attempted seizure of my assets at nearly a dozen financial institutions, through letters sent the same day my motion for sanctions against Terra Nova was filed."

I thought the commentary was going to be very limited or nonexistent. Do I need to pull up the message I quoted you in?

The PM exchanges threatening users with being added as defendants must stop. Add them if you like. Do not threaten them with it or your account's getting yanked again.

You've gone way outside of compliance with the spirit of our agreement and are starting to tread past the letter of it as well.
