He has not yet formed a party, although it only takes some thousands of signatures.

The general thought is that there are two possibilities

- one of our more mythical socialdemocrate politicians, even prime minister of the 70s, whose name was extremely close to Donald Duck (in FInnish)
- Finland has always always had a special relation to the american Donald Duck and basicly has not bothered with those Mickey-Mouse-Clubs.

The second theory is fairly well documented by

Btw, the official definition is in terms of seats in the congress...

However, some happy moments in terms of one wrestling governer, and then there is kind of that one senator from New Mexico who always swaps to the majority party, bless him and those who does not make a big fuzz out of it.
(understanding that might be one major step out of the tradition know-nothing-party??)

Why is the US two-party system so difficult to understand especially for the US two-party-citizens??

That is seen as one reason why Donald Duck always gets those votes in Finland, if things get really bad me too might decide to vote for him.
