I think it possible, no more then possible it actually happens, that people do things because they view it as being the right thing to do even when the personal benefit of not doing the right thing would be greater then the benefit of not doing the right thing. This may be rare but I think it a stretch, even if you define doing something for the benefit of the satisfaction of doing good as being selfish, to say all actions are selfish.
