The IQ-idiocy was invented in scandinavia, those incredible non-DNA increases by 10 points for every generations, although IQ-inventor-guaranteed to not do that, ho-ho-said Santa Clause and Mr Bean.

Btw, Carter was a smart guy, although two-party and bean-peanut-limited.

However, he received his stuff in Norway, and that funny economist from the Chigago school never got a nobel price as Nobel had some smart thoughts about econo-mists, working with oil and all.
