Today’s rally does not look to be sustainable -- average price of a given stock is up but the amount of money flowing has declined. Oh hum, yawn -- adequately describes the market today. Lawrence

RFMD presenting at a conference tomorrow. This is a critical quarter for RFMD. They shoud start to see a ramp in demand for the Christmas season. If ZRAN guidance is any indication of manufacturer demand, most manufacturers are trying to be conservative so will keep production low. I was in a discount store on the week end. DVD players are down to $69 and VCR $59. I can't believe anyone is making money at that price level. Quite amazing how fast price have fallen on DVD. It took VCR 7 years to see the price decreases that it took DVD's 3 years to do.
