how do you activate xp firwall... my son gets up for almost five minutes before shutting down.. it says activate xp firewall. he doesn't know what that means. or how he should go about it. thanks

forget above request.
all set he is up .. he said they posted new instructions on web site on how to activate fire wall.. downloaded bug gone message and he has been running ok for 15 minutes...

By implementing the activation of the microsoft firewall, I was able to stay online long enough to get the security patch. The symantec tool to eradicate the worm was then applied, and the computer now works fine.

Thanks to those who assisted with their helpful thoughts.
