It was great to be able to see what is new as far as fabrics and naturals go. Each home featured one or more water feature. The selection of granite is incredible compared to a few years ago and the technology that they incorporate into the new houses is great......media rooms are in. I didn't see a lot of metals being used. I understand that steel and iron structural and decorative pieces are being sought after by some designers, architects and builders. Depending on demand and how trends go, the supply might become scarcer and more expensive in the next few years. M
