CNI is halted because it slowed down in its cranking out hopeful propaganda to the point where it came to a natural halt. They simple have no more lies to tell the people about developing a massive nickel mine in corrupt and confiscatory Brazil. One of which is where they are going to get the 400 million to do it. They ain't gonna get the money and you know it.
