Two weeks is an eternity in politics. What a difference an eon or two makes:

1) The "Bush Lied" pump has fizzled and fallen. When Algore is heard from, it means it's all over but the shouting. The WMD documentation-a matter that hardly needs more documentation-will be issued in tons in mid-September. The left will have to whipsaw into a whole new ritual dance of historical revisionism. But-because if their post-Clinton transparency-the public is no longer fooled.

2) The emerging free republic of Iraq is slowly coming to dominate the politics of the entire Middle East-and is looked on with pure fear by subhuman Islamic terrorists all over the region. The recent bombings in Israel are a last gasp, rather than a new offensive, by the Palistinian terrorists. There is a real chance that the Palistinian people may actually finally make themselves worthy of re-admission to humanity by quashing these animal cells. We'll see...

3) The oil is flowing in Iraq at a greater rate than the "experts" in the liberal media predicted (surprise!!!), and the casualties in the "Triangle" are yielding up terrorist big wigs at an increasing rate. The Kurds will start to be turned loose in the "Triangle" in late September, and the Kurds have BIG TIME payback coming from these Baathist subhumans. The US forces will be converted from cops and patrols to jailkeepers for whomever the Kurds accidentally bring in alive. Let's hope these young Kurdish militiamen are efficient, and minimize the Baathists we have to feed. (Note to the Kurds: LET'S ROLL!!!)

4) Eight of the "Nine Dwarves" are already political casualties. The improving situation in Iraq and the Middle East, the economy now surging from the Bush tax cuts (with more to come) and the shock of the sudden fall of America's most incompetent politician, Gray Davis, has exposed the Democratic presidential race for what is has always been: an exercise in left wing nostalgia, ala Hanoi George McGovern in 1972. The "Red Dean" is still way out front, and the chances of stopping his momentum are diminishing. Look for Sharpton to at least talk about an ticket alliance by February (the low-to-zero-income illiterate segment of the black community allied with the arrogantly-racist left-wing whacko community, going shoulder-to-shoulder against a George Bush who'd get 80% tomorrow, and may be able to hold that number against the wild-eyed "Red Dean").

Yes, two weeks is an eternity in American politics-long enough to prove, once again, that when CYBERKEN predicts, the world follows...
