We have 60 days to find out. But I would bet that Davis is gone and Arnold will win. The tripling of the Car registration is the key. People don't notice monthly tax deductions from their paychecks, but they have to write a check to renew their car license and they have no choice about it. Pay it or quit driving. If you were paying $150 to renew your car, and it went to $450, you would do anything you could to throw the bastards out.
