Bustamante is probably the most qualified from a point of view of job experience. But, I'm not sure the people of Ca want the status quo. Ahhhnold appeals to the 'screw government' crowd. His Republican affiliation is tempered by moderate views (prochoice, supports ban on automatic weapons) but he's probably done in by his pro position on the previous Prop 187 (denying services to illegal immigrants), which really pissed on the Hispanic vote. McClintock is qualified, but too far right. Simon is toast. I like Huffington, but is she any more qualified than the Ahhhnold?

I'll probably vote no on recall (I think the process should be reserved for criminal or extremely unprofessional behavior), and Bustamante.

No matter who is elected, everything he does that is legal is fair. No one can can satisfy all the voters. And even if he upsets most of the voters, the only question is did it get better or get worse or not change.
