Who's annoyed by the presence of the thread? We're just amused. You agreed to Bob's terms. You knew that you would not be able to respond to criticism. It was your choice to come back under those terms. Nobody is calling for a one-sided discussion except for you. You have supporters here, as well as detractors. None are restricted by the terms of your agreement with Bob.

Rather, I am trying to understand your position. In post #2886 (below) you stated "... fraudulently filing 1099 forms with the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and the Virginia Department of Taxation (“Virginia”) claiming my income for the period 1998-1999 to be some 165 million dollars" Message 19202145 I've traded and received 1099's for years. As I stated earlier one can have "income" from 1099-DIV (Dividends), 1099-INT (Interest) and 1099-MISC (Miscellaneous Income). Are you claiming that the above supposed income of $165 million is attributable to these 3 sources? If not, then what 1099 form(s) related to the income above? I feel that my question is not only relevant but also allows you to better communicate your position in this matter which has been unclear to readers.
