They need the Inco process or the Sherritt process. The Sheritt or ammonical process is free. The Inco process will cost them money or %.

Goro is costing Inco 1.85 billion to do. What do you suppose Oinkie-Puka will cost?

I am not sure the Braziliods are that easy to deal with. Why do you suppose Inco is not dealing with them?

Getting the money out means converting it to US dollars and paying cheques and dividends at IMF rates. It also means bringing in mining equipment without exessive duties and bribes. Cost overruns at Goro almost gored the project.
