like i said before, if one eschews the sloppy analyses and digs a little deeper, it becomes obvious that there is in fact no recovery worth speaking of. it's a feeble bounce at best. so the bond sellers are partly deluded. of course, the bulk of the move is a direct result of the GSE's frantically trying to get out from their rising duration gap, so it really hasn't much to do with the market's view of the economy anyway.
