a few interesting things

first this is the first time I've seen a notable increase in a price target. Most analysts are "upping" targets by 2-3 points no matter what the upside is in their notes. I don't like CSCO or anything.

10:38AM Computer Sciences target raised to $52 from $26 at Legg Mason (CSC) 40.70 -2.92: --Update-- Given healthy demand in the federal sector (now 42% of CSC's business), the potential for modest demand improvement in the commercial sector next year, CSC's recent bookings momentum, and upside potential to DynCorp margins, firm believes CSC shares' current valuation remains attractive.

10:32AM New High Profile -- Switchboard.com (SWBD) 7.09 +0.35: An intriguing name making a new 52-week high today is SWBD, a provider of Web hosted directory technologies and yellow pages. The move today appears to be fueled by a report that T-Online, one of Europe's largest ISPs, has reportedly dropped Overture for Google (see InPlay 8:33 ET comment). In July, SWBD announced a deal linking itself with Google. In a recent Momentum Radar, we highlighted SWBD at $5.23 as a play on Google, which is privately held.... ePresence (EPRE 3.80 -0.02) owns approximately 51.9% of the outstanding shares of Switchboard.

9:02AM Juniper Networks solutions selected by China's Zhejiang Electric Power (JNPR) 13.45: Announces that Zhejiang Provincial Electric Power has chosen its solutions to build a high capacity backbone network that will span China's industrial and emerging high-tech province of Zhejiang.
