In your opinion there was no WMD threat...BUT based upon the available intelligence and the data at the time the decision was made...I can not agree.... JLA

If you are referring to the trailers the statement, " Look under the initial headlines and there are many well reasoned SCIENTIFIC explanations of why they COULD NOT have been used as biolabs as a result of their designs that would not have contained and prevented contamination." is manufacturing process and engineering stupidity proffered. It is trivial to create environmentally sealed plumbing. It is also trivial to create a large volume which is environmentally sealed and by using controlled negative pressure make the seal protection redundant. This can be done to spaces that could easily hold several trailers.
