In your opinion there was no WMD threat...BUT based upon the available intelligence and the data at the time the decision was made...I can not agree....

If you are referring to the trailers the statement,

is manufacturing process and engineering stupidity proffered. It is trivial to create environmentally sealed plumbing. It is also trivial to create a large volume which is environmentally sealed and by using controlled negative pressure make the seal protection redundant. This can be done to spaces that could easily hold several trailers.
