Neocon.....if Bill Clinton used the statement above during those senate investigations (which this admin. seems to be immune to!) what would you're reaction have been???


I can answer that, MON. I was defending Bill Clinton against been set up in an unseemly 'perjury trap' by enemies who hated him so much that they were willing to hamstring the Federal government for 18 months just to get him on sexual misbehavior.

Once and for all, there is NO evidence that the Bush administration lied. They took the best intelligence and hyped it up some to make a case. Not the same thing at all.

It doesn't make me feel different about the war at all. Why? Because if Saddam really destroyed all the WMDs but made everybody believe he still had them, then he's certifiably nuts. Having a police state in the hands of a raving megalomaniac murderous nutcase was the main danger. WMDs were merely the instrument, and if he didn't have any right this moment, the dual-use factories could have made some more anytime.
